Verse 146-151: These six verses describe in different ways the frailty of the human form. It is unstable, full of disease and decay. The attractiveness of youth gives way to repulsion of an aged body. Buddha warns us that every body decays no matter how strong it is, just like every chariot wears out, even if it is the royal chariot.
Verse 152-153: The one who goes through life without realizing this is growing like a bull (in weight) but not in wisdom
Verse 154: Several births and life cycles can pass and you still stay trapped in your body. Buddha says that once the mind is free from false desires then you can be freed as you would not be caged in this body.
Verse 155-156: The only way is to practice self-discipline in youth otherwise you will become old and pine away. Reminiscing your old glories but to no avail.
